布地奈德结合综合护理治疗支气管哮喘32例

Clinical Study of Budesonide Combined with Comprehensive Nursing in Treating Bronchial Asthma

目的观察布地奈德结合综合护理治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2013年9月至2013年12月支气管哮喘患者63例的临床资料,其中对照组30例,行布地奈德结合常规护理治疗;治疗组33例,行布地奈德结合综合护理治疗。结果两组患者治疗后临床症状均明显改善,治疗组临床症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率为83.33%,治疗组有效率为90.91%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德结合综合护理治疗支气管哮喘效果良好,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide combined with the comprehensive nursing in treating bronchial asthma.Methods The clinical data of 63 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from September to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them,30 cases in the control group were treated by budesonide combined with the conventional nursing and 33 cases in the treatment group were treated by budesonide combined with the comprehensive nursing. Then the effects were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical symptoms after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved. The time of the clinical symptoms disappearance in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; the effective rate was 83. 33% in the control group and 90. 91% in the treatment group, indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group with statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Budesonide combined with comprehensive nursing has better effect for treating bronchial asthma and deserves to be clinically promoted.
