Construction and Operation of Pilot Project for Treatment of Tannery Wastewater

摘要 制革废水具有氨氮和硫酸盐浓度高、可生化性差、排放水量和水质波动幅度大的特征,常规处理工艺常难以保证出水氨氮和COD稳定达标。根据水解酸化、上流式缺氧腐殖填料滤池和SBR联用工艺,建设了制革废水处理中试工程。中试工程配有在线监测和自动控制系统,可实现高度自动化运行。该工程处理量达24 m3/d,可实现对S2-、SO2-4、COD和NH3-N的稳定去除,出水COD在100 mg/L以下、NH3-N在15 mg/L以下,达到污水综合排放一级标准。 Tannery wastewater is characterized by high concentration of NH3 - N and sulfate, poor biodegradability and large variations in wastewater quantity and quality. Conventional treatment processes are often difficult to ensure the effluent NH3 -N and COD meet the discharge standards. A pilot project for treatment of tannery wastewater was constructed by combining hydrolytic acidification, up-flow anoxic humus filter and SBR. The pilot project was equipped with on-line monitoring and an automatic control system. The capacity of the pilot project was 24 m^3/d. S^2- , SO4^2- , COD and NH3 - N could be effectively removed from tannery wastewater with the effluent concentration of COD lower than 100 mg/L and NH3 -N lower than 15 mg/L, meeting the national first class discharge criteria.
