摘要
通过对管类制件及其径向孔成形工艺的分析,针对传统加工管类制件径向孔存在的问题及经济性和批量生产的需求,介绍两种典型模具结构,阐述模具结构的工作过程,并对其中典型零件——几种凹模及凸模结构的工艺优缺点比较。总结了管类制件模具结构设计要点及管类制件材料和尺寸要求。作为模具设计者掌握全部设计要点定会提高了模具设计水平,从而会大大提高制件生产率。
Based on the parts and the analysis of the forming technology radial hole, in view ofthe traditional processing tube parts radial hole problems and the economy and batch productiondemand, this paper presents two typical die structure, this paper expounds the working principleof the die structure, and the typical parts-several matrix and the punch structure processadvantages and disadvantages. Summarizes the tube products die structure and design key pointsof the products material and size requirement. As a die designers will be holding all the designkey points of the die design level increase, which will greatly improve the productivity of theparts.
