摘要 基于DOE(Design Of Experiment)在成型工艺参数上进行多目标优化。以熔体温度、注射时间和填充压力为实验因子,以手机后盖的体积收缩率和翘曲变形量为实验目标进行Taguchi和面心立方实验设计。两次实验设计逐步缩小工艺参数的范围,并通过合理的数据分析计算得到一组最优方案。同时采用排名的加权计算方式实现多目标问题转换成单目标问题,为多目标优化提供参考案例。 Based on the DOE, multi-objective optimization of injection molding processparameters was done. Taguchi and centered cubic design of experiment were made with melttemperature, injection time and filling pressure as the experimental factors, with the warpingdeformation and volume shrinkage rate of mobile phone back cover as the experimental targets.After two design of experiment, the scope of the process parameters were narrowed gradually,and through the reasonable data analysis and calculation a set of optimal solution was presented.At the same time using the ranking weighted calculation, multi-objective problem was convertedinto single objective problem, and the reference case was provided for multi-objective optimization.
