摘要
通过分析连接器卡子塑件特性要求,采用延时顶出机构与优化的浇口设计实现了侧浇口模具的自动剪浇口废料功能。此机构具有结构简单,模具难度和造价低等优点。
Through the analysis of the product characteristics of the clips, using delayedejection structure and optimized design of the gate to realize the automatic cut gate wastefunction for a side gate mold. Such a delayed ejection structure has the advantages of simplestructure, simplifies the mold structure, reduces the cost, shortens the mold's difficulty anddevelopment cycle, etc.
