摘要
随着高速加工技术的发展,对于数控编程的准确性以及合理性要求相应提高。采用数控仿真技术,可以在工件加工前,通过刀路模拟,直观的检验所编程序的可行性。本文采用UG与VERICUT软件,以实际加工中的模具为例,简要介绍了数控加工技术与数控仿真技术相结合的过程与方法。阐述了二者相结合所带来的优势。
With the development of high speed machining technology, the accuracy andrationality of NC programming requirements increase. Using numerical simulation technology,can be in front of the workpiece processing, through simulation knife road, visual inspection andthe feasibility of the program. This paper uses the UG and VERICUT software in the actualprocessing of mold as an example, this paper briefly introduces the numerical control processingtechnology and the numerical simulation technology of combining the process and methods. Thispaper expounds the combination of the two advantages.
