随着经济的快速发展和和谐社会的构建,人们的生活水平越来越高,对电力资源的需求量也越来越大,由此可见,电力行业的发展前景广阔。在新环境下,如何保证企业的快速发展,从而满足人们对电能的需求,成为当前供电企业面临的重要问题。重点分析了供电企业电力营销管理的总体策略。
