On Socialism with Chinese Characteristics:A Breakthrough and Innovation of Stalin Mode

斯大林模式是以高度集中的政治经济体制为核心的社会主义建设模式,在和平与发展的环境下社会主义建设亟须突破这种模式的局限。20世纪70年代后期,通过以解放思想为先导的改革开放,中国走上了中国特色社会主义的建设道路,实现了对斯大林模式的突破,并不断进行社会主义的理论和制度创新。

Stalin-mode socialism is based on a highly centralized political and economic system. In an environment of peace and de-velopment, it is urgent for socialist construction to break through the limitations of this mode. In the late 1970s, by emancipating the mind as the forerunner of reform and opening up, China embarked on the road of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and has achieved a breakthrough of the Stalinist mode, and continues to carry out theoretical and institutional socialist innovation.
