摘要
先秦时期提出的"三不朽"观念,是一个以"立德"为核心、以"有所立"为"不朽"的比较全面和系统的人生价值体系。虽然这三个方面在实际生活中难以兼得,却暗合了人们对于教师这一职业所应秉持的价值追求的期许和愿望。"立德"、"立功"、"立言"正是对教师为人师表、教书育人、著书立说的历史使命和重大责任的精炼表述,是教师应该努力追求的价值目标,也应成为构建教师价值观的基本参考维度。
The view of"Three immortals", put forward in the pre-Qin period, is a comprehensive life values system, which is taking"Li De"as the core concept. The three mottos is difficult to have it all in real life, but matches the hopes and wishes of the pursuit of value for teachers' profession perfectly. The view of"Three immortals"is refined statement as significant historical mission and responsibility for a teacher to be a model for others, teaching and educating, writing and propounding ideas. It should become the target of value for teachers to pursue and also become the basic reference dimensions to build the values of teachers.
