优化设计对天然气工程造价控制的影响——以天然气综合利用工程为例

Influence of Optimum Design on Cost Control of Natural-gas Engineering: An Example from Comprehensive Utilization of Gas Project

针对我国目前天然气工程造价管理的现状,分析天然气工程造价的几大特点,以新疆克拉玛依基地的天然气综合利用工程造价为例,从优化建筑设计、优化结构设计、优化安装设计及优化设计概算4个方面详细地阐述优化设计在造价控制中所发挥的重要作用和影响,并提出强化业主优化设计意识、优化设计工作的监控、优选勘察设计单位等进一步加强优化设计的建议。

In view of the current situation of cost management in China natural-gas projects, this paper takes the comprehensive utilization of gas project in Xinjiang Karamay Base as an example,and analyzes the basic features of project cost from four optimizations, including architectural design, structure design, installation,and preliminary estimates. It not only explains the influence of optimum design on cost control, but also provides some advices on improving optimum design, such as enhancing the design awareness of owners, doing better on supervision of design work, and choosing the best survey and design enterprises.
