摘要
企业需要一种成本较低、寿命较长的渣盘来替代原来使用的铸造渣盘。通过ANSYS/Workbench软件分析得出铸造渣盘各损坏形式是热应力及热结构耦合应力作用的结果。通过Solid Works软件设计了一种实用新型焊接渣盘,并用ANSYS/Workbench分析了其热应力及疲劳寿命,对比铸造渣盘,新设计的焊接渣盘寿命提高25%。
Enterprises need replace the original use of foundry slag tray with low cost , long service life slag tray . By using ANSYS/Work-bench software , analysis shows that the foundry slag tray damage is the result of the thermal stress and the thermal structure coupling stress . Through Solid Works software , a new practical welding slag tray is de-signed , and the thermal stress and fatigue life are analyzed . The result shows that compared to foundry slag tray , the new design of welding slag tray's service life will increase 25%.
