Based on manufacturing and assembling requirements for U-tube in heat changers , technological processes are formulated in this paper . Taking structural characters of U-tube as a starter , the scheme analyzed technological difficulties . Moreover , manufacturing and assem-bling technological processes are set up according to assembling accura-cy demands , which are followed by the design advises for technological equipments . As a conducive part , feasible references are offered aiming at manufacturing processes in special industries such as welding .
