摘要
化工机械设备在使用过程中会出现易腐蚀问题。腐蚀情况轻微的,通常是外观受损,情况严重的,直接导致化工机械生产机能受到严重的影响。因此,对化工机械设备的防腐研究对整个化工产业有着非常重大的意义。而本文将从化工机械腐蚀原因入手,分析提出预防化工机械设备腐蚀的方法和措施,提高化工机械设备的使用寿命。
Chemical machinery equipment in use process is easy to have corrosion problems . Slight corrosion situation refers to damaged appearance , while severe cases will affect chemical machinery production function. Therefore, the corrosion study of chemical machinery equipment for the chemical industry has very important significance . This paper , from the perspective of the causes of corrosion chemical machinery , will propose chemical machinery equipment corrosion prevention analysis methods and measures to improve the service life of the chemical machinery equipment .
