摘要
本文介绍了在数控淬火机床上实现能量监控的技术要点,介绍了使用宏程序和常规的PLC程序处理模拟信号的方法以及调试系统时遇到的问题及解决方案。
This paper describes technical points of realizing energy monitoring on NC quenching machine , introduces the way of processing signals by using macro programs and conventional PLC program , problems encountered during commissioning systems and related solutions .
