摘要
传统的轴类零件设计比较繁琐,涉及很多计算公式,强度和刚度校核比较困难。本文在UG NX的基础上,开发了一种轴类零件的计算机辅助设计方法。通过定制菜单和对程序的编制实现菜单、对话框和界面的二次开发,通过该功能,只需输入数据便可方便的完成轴的设计,无需进行大量复杂的计算,降低了设计难度,提高了工作效率。
Traditional shaft parts design is tedious, involving a lot of formula, which is difficult to check strength and rigidity. In this paper, on the basis of UG NX, a computer aided design method of shaft parts is designed. By custom menu and the program of menus, dialog boxes, and secondary development of the interface, to complete the design only need to input data without large amount of complex calculations, which reduces the design difficulty and improves work efficiency.
