摘要
目的:探究值夜班护士的职业倦怠感及其相关因素。方法:采用整群抽样的方法从北京解放军301医院随机选取400名值夜班护士,采用马斯勒倦怠量表(MBI)400对名夜班护士进行问卷评估,并与Maslach常模进行比较。结果:374名值夜班护士中有较高比例护士在马斯勒倦怠量表(MBI)的情感枯竭、去人格化、个人成就感3个维度上有较高得分,且在个人成就感维度的倦怠程度尤为显著,有79.12%的护士达到较高的水平。在去人格化、个人成就感两个维度上,大专学历、中专学历、本科学历的护士有显著性差异(P<0.01)。在个人成就感维度上,护师的个人成就感与护士、主管护师相比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:值夜班护士存在不同程度的职业倦怠感,建议医院护理部关注护士的工作倦怠感,采取适当措施缓解护士的职业倦怠感,从而也提高护理质量。
Objective:To explore the job burnout of night nurses and its related factors. Methods:400 night nurses were randomly selected from the Beijing People's Liberation Army 301 Hospital by a cluster sampling method. The 400 night nurses were evaluated with Maslach burnout inventory ( MBI) and were compared with the Maslach norm. Results: The 374 night nurses had a higher proportion of job burnout, and had higher scores in the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment. There were 79. 12% of the nurses reached a higher level. In the depersonalization and personal accomplishment, the college degree, technical secondary school degree, bachelor&#39;s degree nurses were significantly different (P〈0. 01). In the personal accomplishment, there were statistically significant differences among the primary nurses and nurses, and nurses-in-charge (P〈0. 01). Conclusions:The night shift nurses have different levels of burnout. It is recommended to pay attention to the burnout of nurses, and take appropriate measures to mitigate nurses&#39; burnout, thus improving the quality of care.
