延误诊断的气管支气管异物患儿36例临床分析

Clinical analysis of delayed diagnosis in 36 children with tracheobronchial foreign bodies

目的:探讨气管支气管异物患儿延误诊断的原因,以减少误诊率。方法:对初诊为"气管支气管炎"而最后确诊为气管支气管异物36例患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:无异物吸入史患儿31例,呼吸音改变患儿32例,单侧或单个肺叶呼吸音减弱患儿31例,肺三维CT可见肺叶气肿和气管堵塞。结论:无异物吸入史是气管支气管异物延误诊断的主要原因。

Objective：To explore the causes of delayed diagnosis of tracheobronchial foreign bodies in children, in order to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis. Methods：Clinical data of 36 cases with first diagnosed ＂bronchitis＂; and finally diagnosed as tracheobronchial foreign bodies were analyzed retrospectively. Results：No foreign-body aspiration history was found in 31 cases, respiratory sound changes in 32 cases, decreased breath sounds of unilateral or a single lobe in 31 cases. Lobar emphysema and airway blockage were seen in pulmonary Three-dimensional CT. Conclusions：No history of foreign-body aspiration is the main reason for the delayed diagnosis of the tracheobronchial foreign bodies.
