腹部肿瘤外科术后大出血二次手术中的护理配合

Nursing coordination in second operation in patients with postoperative hemorrhage

目的:探讨腹部肿瘤外科术后大出血患者再次手术中的护理配合要点。方法:选择腹部肿瘤患者术后出现大出血行二次手术探查15例,分析其临床资料。结果:二次手术全组病例均成功止血,术前准备平均时间4.5min,手术至控制出血时间3.5min,术中平均出血量850ml,平均手术时间1.5h。结论:在腹部肿瘤外科大出血二次手术中充分的术前准备和正确的护理配合是保证手术成功的重要条件。

Objective：To explore the key points of nursing coordination in second operation in patients with postoperative hemorrhage. Methods：A total of 15 cases of abdominal massive postoperative hemorrhage underwent a second operation, the clinical data were analyzed. Results：All the second operations were successful, the average preoperative preparation time was 4. 5min, the average operation time to control the bleeding was 3. 5min, the mean quantity of intraoperative bleeding was 850ml, and the average operation time was 1. 5 hours. Conclusions：Well preoperative preparation and nursing cooperation are conducive to the operation safety in the second operation for the patients with the abdominal massive postoperative hemorrhage.
