自我效能增强及抚触护理对初产妇母婴近期结局的影响研究

EFFECTS OF SELF-EFFICACY ENHANCEMENT AND MASSAGE TREATMENTS ON SHORTTERM OUTCOMES OF EARLY MATERNAL MOTHER

目的探讨自我效能增强及抚触护理对初产妇母婴近期结局的影响。方法 200例符合标准的初产妇随机分为实验组(100例)和对照组(100例),对照组采用常规护理,实验组在此基础上加以自我效能增强及抚触联合护理,比较两组产妇的分娩方式、产程及产后情况。结果两组产妇在分娩方式方面具有统计学差异(p<0.05),实验组产妇顺产人数更多。两组在3个产程及总产程方面均具有统计学差异(p<0.05),实验组产程更短。组产妇在产后疼痛和新生儿Apgar评分方面具有统计学差异(p<0.05),实验组优于对照组。结论自我效能增强及抚触联合护理措施可以显著改善初产妇母婴的近期结局。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of strengthened self - efficacy and touching nuring on early results of unipara and infant. Method 200 cases who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group （ 100 cases） and control group （1130 cases）. The routine nufing was applied in control group and extra strengthened self- efficacy and touching nuring were added in experimental group. Delivery modes, stages of labor and postpartum situation were compared between the two groups. Result There were significant differences between the two groups in delivery modes and stages of labor （p 〈0.05 ）. The ex- perimental group was superior to the control group in postpartum pain and infant Apgar scores （p 〈0.05 ）.
