非正式沟通是正式沟通的有机补充。虽然非正式沟通所具有的灵活、轻松、易于接受等优点使其越来越受到实际工作者的青睐,但若运用不当也会产生负面影响。如何做到"扬长避短",是现在亟需解决的问题,从这一问题入手结合青岛市的实际提出相关可行性建议。

Informal communication is an organic supplement of formal communication.It＇s of advantages including flexibility,relaxation and accessibility,which makes it more and more popular with ideological and political workers,but it will have negative impact if it is not used appropriately.It is one question that needs to be resolved urgently at present.Starting with the question,the relative practical suggestions are put forward in line with the practical situation in Qingdao.
