To actively explore the integration and promotion and the link and communication be- tween higher vocational education and community education conforms to not only the demand of modern vocational education development but the demand of the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. Based on Lingzhu Mountain College, Qingdao Technical College innovated in the work carrier, broke through the resource hottleneck, and developed the service functions. The community college has become one live epitome to achieve the deep integration of producing, teaching, studying and researching and the cooperative development of governments, colleges, enterprises and society.
