大学生评教认知态度与评教优化研究——以青岛S大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 在学生评教中,学生的评教态度、评教能力及对评教体系的认同性直接影响评教结果的客观性。调查发现,上述三方面总体上是值得肯定的,但也存在一些问题,影响了评教结果的客观、真实与公正。为了提高大学生评教的客观度,应不断提高大学生对评教的认知水平与评教能力;同时,教学管理部门也要加强对学生的评教指导,并不断优化评教的方式方法和指标体系。 In terms of students teaching evaluation,their attitude,competence and recognition on teaching evaluation systems directly influence the objectivity of the teaching evaluation results.The survey indicates that the three above-mentioned aspects are positive on the whole.However,there are also some problems that influence the objectivity,authenticity and impartiality of the teaching evaluation results.In order to improve the teaching evaluation objectivity,students should improve their cognition and teaching evaluation competence constantly.At the same time,the teaching management departments should strength the guidance and perfect the methods and the index system of teaching evaluation constantly.
