原发性干燥综合征B细胞亚群与疾病活动性的相关性分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨原发性干燥综合征(primary Sjgren's syndrome,PSS)患者外周血B细胞亚群的分布与疾病活动性的相关性。方法我科住院治疗的68例初次诊断原发性PSS患者,检测外周血CD19+Ig D+B细胞比例,计算PSS疾病活动指数(ESSDAI)和唇腺浸润灶指数(FS),分析患者CD19+Ig D+B细胞亚群与患者疾病活动的相关性。结果 CD19+Ig D+B细胞比例与疾病活动指数呈正相关(r=0.662,P<0.05)。FS阳性患者CD19+Ig D+B细胞比例明显高于FS阴性患者(P<0.05)。结论 CD19+Ig D+B细胞亚群与病情活动密切相关,其比例增高提示患者疾病处于高活动状态,可为原发PSS疾病活动及治疗效果评价的敏感指标。 Objective To investigate the association of peripheral blood B lymphocytes subsets with activity of primary Sjogren's syndrome(PSS). Methods Sixty-eight hospitalized PSS patients in our department were involved in the study. We measured the ratio of peripheral blood CD19+IgD+B cell, calculated EULAR Sjogren's syndrome (SS)Disease Activity Index( ESSDAI) and focus score,and analyzed the correlation between CD19+IgD+B cell subset and activity of the disease. Results The ratio of CD19+IgD+B lymphocytes subsets was positively correlated with the activity of the disease( r = 0. 662 ,P 〈 0. 05 ). The ratio of CD19+IgD+B lym- phocytes subsets in FS positive patient was significantly higher than that in FS negative patients(P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion CD19+IgD +B lymphocytes subsets are closely associated with the activity of the disease. An increase in the ratio of B lymphocytes suggests the high active state of the disease. Thus, it can be used as a sensitive index to evaluate the disease activity and effect of treatment.
