摘要
目的总结心脏外科围术期应用主动脉内球囊反搏(intra-aortic balloon pump,IABP)的经验。方法回顾性分析2012年4月至2013年6月我院9例应用IABP辅助治疗的心脏病患者资料。结果 4例痊愈出院,5例死于多器官功能衰竭。IABP辅助时间(94.5±21.2)h,均未出现与IABP相关的并发症。结论 IABP是一种安全、有效的循环辅助方式,尽早应用,可以提高治疗效果。
Objective To summarize the experience of perioperative application of intra-aortic balloon pump （IABP） in cardi- ac surgery. Methods The clinical data of 9 patients who underwent cardiac surgery with application of IABP from April 2012 to June 2013 was retrospectively analyzed. Results Of these patients,4 cases were cured and discharged. 5 patients died of muhiple organ fail- ure. IABP support time was（94. 5±21.2）hours. No severe complications related to IABP occurred in all the patients. Conclusion IABP is a safe and effective device of circulation support for patients undergoing cardiac surgery. Early use of IABP can improve the op- erative effect.
