阴式子宫切除术后盆底肌功能锻炼对膀胱功能恢复的影响

Effects of pelvic floor muscle exercise on the recover of bladder function after vaginal hysterectomy

目的探讨盆底肌功能锻炼对阴式子宫切除术后患者膀胱功能恢复的影响。方法收集2012年在我院行阴式子宫切术患者,其中2012年4月至2013年3月的96例为对照组,给予常规方法进行护理;2013年4月至2014年3月的106例为试验组,在常规护理的基础上由责任护士在术前后指导患者行盆底肌功能锻炼,比较两组患者第一次自主排尿后膀胱残余尿量、留置导尿管时间、导尿次数。结果试验组有100例患者自主排尿膀胱残余尿量≤100 ml,对照组有79例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组留置尿管时间短于对照组,导尿次数少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论指导患者进行盆底肌功能锻炼,能够促进术后膀胱功能恢复和提高护理工作质量,深化责任制整体护理内涵。

Objective To investigate the effects of pelvic floor muscle exercise on the recover of bladder function after vaginal hysterectomy. Methods Patients treated in our hospital since 2012 were collected for the study. Of the patients,96 cases treated be- tween April 2012 and March 2013 were designed as control while 106 cases treated between April 2013 and March 2014 were used as experimental group. The control group was nursed by the routine method while the experimental group was guide by the primary nurse to take the pelvic floor muscle exercise during the perioperative period. Residual urine volume after the first automatic micturition, cathe- terization time and catheterization numbers were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the residual u- rine volume ≤ 100 ml after automatic micturition in 100 cases. By contrast,only 79 cases in the control group had residual urine volume ≤ 100 ml. The difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The catheterization time and catheterization numbers in the experimental group were less than that in the control group （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Guiding patients to carry out the pelvic floor muscle exercise can promote the recover of bladder function and the quality of nursing. It can also deepen the intension of responsibility holistic nursing care.
