37例耳鼻咽喉科住院患者自杀行为分析及护理对策

Analysis of 37 inpatients with suicidal behavior at department of otolaryngology and nursing countermeasures

目的分析耳鼻咽喉科住院患者实施自杀行为的临床资料,制订相关的护理对策。方法收集我院耳鼻咽喉科1992年1月至2014年1月37例住院患者自杀行为的临床资料,分析自杀行为因素和住院期间意外死亡原因,研究护理对策。结果 37例耳鼻咽喉科自杀行为住院患者中,精神分裂症患者24例,占64.9%;被拘押人员9例,占24.3%;产后抑郁症2例,占5.4%;癌症患者2例,占5.4%。34例治愈出院,3例死亡。结论及早识别患者的自杀行为,判断自杀原因,实施心理干预及健康教育,加强护理防范是减少意外死亡事件的重要手段。

Objective To analyze the clinical data of inpatients with suicidal behaviors at department of otolaryngology in or- der to formulate relevant nursing countermeasures. Methods Clinical data of 37 inpatients with suicidal behaviors at our department from Jan. 1992 to Jan. 2014 was collected. Suicidal behavioral factors and accidental causes of death during hospitalization were ana- lyzed and nursing countermeasures were investigated. Results Of the 37 cases,24 cases suffered from schizophrenia （64. 9% ） ,9 cases were detained persons（24. 3% ） ,2 cases had postpartum depression （5.4%） and 2 cases had cancer（5.4% ）. There were 34 cases cured and 3 deaths. Conclusion The early discrimination of suicidal behavior, determination of causes of suicide, implementation of psychological intervention and health education as well as strengthening preventive care are important means to reduce the accidental deaths.
