摘要
通过twr时域波形再现技术,迭代算出台架作动器的驱动信号来模拟真实道路,让车在台架上震动。试验过程中通过肉眼和显影剂检查车身焊点、悬架和其他连接点等部位,来得知多少小时后哪些零件或焊点出现问题,同时给cae疲劳分析做了验证。
Twr time-domain waveform reproduction technology is used to iteratively calculate the rack actuator drive signals for cars shaking on the bench to simulate the real road.During the test,visual inspection and contrast agent are used to check the vehicle welding spot,the suspension and other connection points,so the parts or joints with problems and the time of duration can be recorded.Meanwhile cae fatigue analysis is verified.
