住院女性精神分裂症患者用药情况调查

Investigation of hospitalized female patients with schizophrenia medication

目的了解我院住院女性精神分裂症患者药物使用情况。方法以2013年12月10—12日为调查日，对三个病区的女性精神分裂症患者810例使用自制调查表进行药物使用的现况调查。结果①单一使用抗精神病药物比例为45．67％。②抗精神病药物使用频度依次为：利培酮315例（38．89％），奥氮平170例（20．99％），氯氮平190例（23．46％），喹硫平80例（9．88％），阿立哌唑53例（6．54％），哌罗匹隆2例（0．2％）。③不良反应主要为急性肌张力障碍，静坐不能，口干，体位性低血压，粒细胞缺乏，便秘，体重增加等。结论我院住院女性精神分裂症患者单一用药比例尚低，利培酮的使用率最高，药物治疗需要进一步规范，药物的不良反应增加了治疗的风险。

Objective Understanding of the female patients with schizophrenia drug use of inpatients in our hospital. Methods The investigation was conducted during 10-12 the December 2013 to my hospital three wards of 810 female patients with schizophrenia were investigated using self- made questionnaire of drug use. Results （1） single antipsyehotie use ratio of 45.67%. （2） of antipsychotie drug use frequency were： risperidone （315 cases） （38.89%）, olanzapine （170cases） and 20.99%, clozapine （190cases） 23.46%, quetiapine （80cases） 9.88%, aripiprazole （53cases） 6.54%, Perospirone （2 cases） 0.2%. （3）The main adverse reactions are disorder, acute muscle tension sit not, dry mouth, orthostatic hypotension, agranulocytosis, constipation, weight gain. Conclusion Our hospital spirit of single drug female schizophrenic patients ratio is low, the use of risperidone was the highest, drug treatment need to be further standardized, adverse drug reaction increases the risk of treatment.
