Analysis on 8682 cases of pre-pregnaney eugenic check results

目的对三水区孕前人群进行优生优育项目检查，为健康教育方法提供指导建议。方法按照国家规定之免费孕前优生健康检查工程流程，对自愿参入的三水区育龄夫妇进行相关检查，收集检验结果及体检资料，进行结果录入并对数据进行回顾性分析。结果在8682例受检的目标群体中，优生五项检出潜在感染者90人，占目标群体1．03％，其中巨细胞病毒感染、风疹病毒感染、单纯疱疹病毒感染分列前三位；HIV感染者9人，感染率0．1％；梅毒感染者57人，感染率0．66％；衣原体感染者199人，感染率2．3％；地贫筛查阳性781人，阳性率9％；G-6-PD缺乏患者564人，占目标群体约6．5％；其中30．5％的男性存在不同类型的结果异常，以感染性疾病及遗传性疾病分列前两位；48．9％的女性存在不同程度的结果异常，以妇科炎症及遗传性疾病为主。结论三水区孕前人群健康状况不容乐观，健康意识有待加强，健康咨询服务显得紧迫而紧要。

Objective To provide guidance and advices to health education through physical examination before pregnancy for prenatal and postnatal care in the prenatal population in Sanshui District of Foshan city. Methods Voluntary childbearing couples were detected relevantly and the results and physical examination data were collected to be retrospectively analyzed according to the state of free pre-pregnancy health check project. Results Among 8682 cases in the target group, 90 cases of potential infections were detected by 5 items of prenatal inspections （TROCH） as a 1.03 infection rate, including cytomegalovirus infection, rubella virus, herpes simplex virus infection ranked top three; there were 9 cases of HIV-infected persons as a 0.1% infection rate; 57 cases of syphilis as a 0.66% infection rate; 199 cases of chlamydiainfected persons as a 2.3% infection rate; 781 cases of thalassemia being detected as a 9% positive rate; 564 cases of G-6-PD-deficiency patients as a 6.5% rate in the target groups; 30.5% of men had different types of abnormal results and among which infectious diseases and genetic-based diseases ranked top two; 48.9% of women had different degrees of abnormal results,and gynecological inflammation and genetic diseases were the major factors, the detection results of men were significantly different as compared to those of women. Conclusion The health state of Sanshui District progestation population was not optimistic, health awareness needs to be strengthened, health consuhation has become the urgent and critical service.
