播娘蒿对2种禾本科杂草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Descurainia sophia on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Two Kinds of Grassy Weeds

本试验应用室内培养皿生物测定方法,研究了播娘蒿水浸提液对2种禾本科杂草野燕麦和旱雀麦种子萌发及对幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:(1)播娘蒿水浸提液对2种禾本科杂草种子的发芽率、发芽势均具有显著的抑制作用。(2)播娘蒿水浸提液在浓度大于1 mg/m L时,对野燕麦和旱雀麦幼苗的根长、芽长、干重和鲜重等生长指标均表现为抑制作用,随浓度的增大,化感抑制效应增强。(3)化感效应指数(RI)值分析结果表明,播娘蒿水浸提液对2种禾本科杂草受体具有化感效应,且对胚根生长的抑制作用明显。

The two kinds of grassy weeds seeds were treated by the water extract of Descurainia sophia to studythe effects on seed germination and seedling growth by using the indoor bioassay method. The results showedthat the water extract of Descurainia sophia had the inhibition effects on seed germination. Once theconcentration of water extract was greater than 1 mg/mL, produce inhibition effects of root length, seedlingheight and fresh weight of seedlings, the inhibition effect increased with increase of the water extractconcentration. Through allelopathic effect index value analysis,the results showed that Descurainia sophia hadobvious allelopathic effect on two kinds of grassy weeds.
