摘要
给水管道的固有缺陷、使用过程中的累积损伤等会导致给水管道堵塞。提出了利用管道堵塞前后两端压力波的突变对管道堵塞进行检测,并利用正负压力到达上下游的时间差结合压力波在管道中的传播速度对堵塞进行定位。采用小波变换对信号进行处理,滤除噪音干扰,减小了测量误差。工程实践表明,该方法具有操作简单,检测设备少,可实现智能化等优点。
The original default and accumulated damage during operation of water supply network might cause pipe blockage.This paper proposed that the rapid change of pressure wave between the two sides of blocked pipe would be used to test the blockage.The time gap of positive pressure reached that:upstream and downstream of the blocked pipe and the pressure wave speed would be used to locate the blockage.The small wave change was used to treat the signals,which could filter out the noise and reduct the measure mistakes.The engineering practices showed that this method had the advantages of easy operation,easy test,and ability to be intelligent.
