护理操作细节规范化对新生儿院内感染的干预效果探讨

Effect of the standardization of operation details in nursing care intervention on nosocomial infection in newborn

目的探讨护理操作细节规范化对新生儿院内感染的干预效果。方法选取2013年6月～2014年5月我院新生儿科收治的患儿1 524例作为观察组,实施综合护理操作细节规范化;选取2012年6月～2013年5月我院新生儿科收治的患儿1 636例作为对照组,未实施护理操作细节规范化,观察两组院内感染发生率、不同季度感染率、院内感染部位。结果观察组院内感染发生率为2.30%（35/1524）,对照组院内感染发生率为4.22%（69/1636）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组在第一、第四季度院内感染发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组呼吸道和泌尿道感染发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论实施综合护理操作细节规范化后新生儿院内感染发生率明显降低,通过护理操作细节规范化能够提高护理操作效率,提高护理质量,实现对院内感染的有效控制。

Objective To study the effect of the standardization of operation details in nursing care intervention on nosocomial infection in newborn. Methods During June 2013 to May 2014, 1524 cases of children were selected as the observation group, they were given comprehensive nursing care of standardized operation details. During June 2012 to May 2013, 1636 cases of children were selected as the control group, they were not given nursing care of standardized operation details. Two groups of nosocomial infection rate, infection rate in different quarters, nosocomial infection site were compared. Results The nosocomial infection rate of the observation group was 2.30%（35/1524）, the nosocomial infection rate of the control group was 4.22%（69/1636）, the difference between the two groups was significant（P0.05）; The difference in nosocomial infection rate between the 1, 4 quarter was significant between two groups（P〈0.05）;The difference in nosocomial infection rate between respiratory tract and urinary tract was significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The neonatal nosocomial infection rate decreased significantly after the implementation of the standardization of operation details in nursing, the standardization of operation details in nursing care can improve the nursing operation efficiency, improve the nursing quality, realize the effective control of nosocomial infection.
