射频消融联合囊内刮除治疗四肢骨巨细胞瘤的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的采用射频消融技术,探索骨巨细胞瘤新的治疗方法并研究其疗效。方法将骨巨细胞瘤患者随机分为两组,分别采用射频消融+囊内刮除+骨水泥填塞术和传统的瘤体整块切除术治疗,比较两组术后的缓解时间、切口愈合等级、关节功能优良率等是否具有差异。结果射频消融组的缓解时间明显长于整块切除组[(66.25±25.59)个月vs(50.16±21.72)个月,P<0.01]。在切口愈合等级和关节功能优良率方面,两组间均无差异(P>0.05)。结论成功建立了骨巨细胞瘤的射融消融治疗新技术,且其术后缓解时间明显长于传统的手术方法。 Objective To use radiofrequency ablation technology, to explore new methods of treatment of giant cell tumor of bone and to study its efficacy. Methods The giant cell tumor of bone patients were randomly divided into two groups, and they were treated by radiofrequency ablation+intracapsular scraping+bone cement packing surgery and conventional en bloc resection of tumor surgery respectively. Then relieving time, the postoperative wound healing rating and the joint function excellent rate were compared between two groups. Results The relieving time of radiofrequency ablation team was significantly longer than the en bloc resection group(66.25±25.59) months vs(50.16±21.72) months,(P〈0.01). But there was no difference between the two groups in the postoperative wound healing rating and the joint function excellent rate(P〉0.05). Conclusion An new radiofrequency ablation technology to the treatment of giant cell tumor of bone is successfully established, and the relieving time of the technology is significantly longer than that of traditional surgical methods.
