摘要
肺动脉高压是一种严重威胁人类健康的疾病。近年来,有关肺动脉高压的相关治疗取得了很大的进展。从相关的文献报道可以看出,中医药对于肺循环有选择性降压作用,对血气亦能产生有利影响。常用的一些药物,如川芎嗪、丹参酮等,其显效机制大致可分为:1.抗血栓形成;2.抗血管炎症反应;3.血管保护作用;4.其他作用。中医药对肺动脉高压的治疗有较大的潜力和发展价值,但对其显效机制的整体研究尚不够明确。
Pulmonary hypertension is a disease,which seriously affected the people＇s health.In recent years,research on and treatment of pulmonary hypertension have made great progress.Relevant literature reports that Chinese medicine for pulmonary circulation selective antihypertensive effect of blood can have a beneficial effect. Some com-monly used drugs,such as ligustrazine and tanshinone ⅡA,the markedly mechanism can be divided into ：1.anti-blood thrombus formation;2.anti-vascular inflammation;3.vascular protective effects;4.other roles. Chinese medicine for the treatment of pulmonary hypertension has great potential and value,but we have cured the mechanism of these drugs,especially the overall study is not clear enough.
