单孔腹腔镜技术(LESS)在泌尿外科中的应用

摘要 单孔腹腔镜(Laparoendoscopic single-site surgery,LESS)是近年来发展最为迅速的微创外科技术之一,因其术后疼痛轻、恢复快、美容效果佳的优点,被认为是对传统腹腔镜技术的“二次革命”,国内外已有将LESS技术应用于泌尿外科多个领域的研究报道.随着先进改良的手术器械的不断涌现及泌尿外科工作者操作经验的丰富,可预见LESS手术将迎来更加美好的未来.
