231例门诊CHC患者健康教育需求及相关因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过对门诊患者进行健康教育,探索提高患者健康教育效果的有效方法,从而了解CHC患者健康教育的需求及影响因素,使患者在就诊过程中掌握有关疾病的防治知识,改善不良生活习惯,提高自我保健能力及身体健康水平。方法根据研究目的制定健康教育需求相关知识问卷,对238例CHC患者进行健康教育需求问卷调查,将调查结果进行相关分析。结果门诊健康教育是护理工作发展的必然趋势,是一种治疗手段,通过健康教育,门诊患者掌握了对疾病的治疗、预防、康复等方面知识。影响和改变患者的健康行为,使患者获得了最好的生活质量。同时也促进了护患关系,提高了护理工作满意度,体现了护士的自我价值。结论 CHC患者对于CHC相关症状、感染性、治疗等方面了解比较清晰,但也存在很多问题如传播途径、运动方式、复查、预后等方面的了解有待加强,护士在今后工作中还应加强这方面的宣教。 Objective To study the health education of outpatients, to explore the effective method to improve the effect of health education of patients, to understand the demand of health education for patients with CHC and influence factors of the patients in the process of medical knowledge of disease prevention, improve bad living habits, improve self-care ability, promote the physical health level. Methods According to the objective demand for health education knowledge questionnaire, we conducted health education of 238 patients with CHC by demand questionnaire survey. We analyze the results of the survey. Results Outpatient health education is an inevitable trend in the development of nursing work, is a kind of treatment means. Through health education, outpatients master for the treatment of diseases, prevention, rehabilitation, knowledge, etc. Influence and change of the patient's health behavior, make patients get the best quality of life, also promote the relationship between nurses and patients, improve the nursing job satisfaction, reflected the nurse self-worth. Conclusions Symptoms associated with CHC patients, the respect such as infection, treatment understand clearer, but there are also many problems such as route of transmission, the movement way, review, and prognosis of understanding to strengthen, the nurse in the future work also should strengthen the propaganda and education.
