摘要
用两只或三只PTC热保护器串接在小型三相异步电动机绕组中的方式使电机在缺相和过载情况下得到有效保护。结果表明,该方法使用方便、成本低、效益高,解决了小型三相异步电动机外接保护装置成本高、保护参数难以调准、使用不方便以至电机处于欠保护或过保护状态的问题。
Small three-phase asynchronous motor external protection device is of high cost, difficult to align the protection parameters, as well as less convenient. Using two or three PTC thermal protection in a small series three-phase asynchronous motor winding, the motor could be effectively protected in lack of phase and overload conditions. The result shows that the method is easy to use, has low cost, high efficiency.
