法治视域下的高校爱国主义教育——基于《思想品德修养与法律基础》课程的思考

Patriotism Education in Universities from the Perspective of Law——Thoughts on the Course of “Moral Cultivation and Basic Legal Knowledge”

爱国主义是一个历史的范畴,新时期,我国正大力建设法治社会,走向法治国家。在法治视域下审视爱国主义教育,法治精神与爱国主义的价值理念是一致的,依法爱国、理性爱国当成为爱国主义教育的重要维度。这就要求大学明晰并把握对当代大学生进行依法爱国教育的关键点,将法治精神与爱国主义教育有机结合,提升爱国主义教育价值、加速爱国主义教育成果惠益享有,促使其树立理性的、长久的爱国主义情感。

Patriotism belongs to the historical category. In the new era, our nation is making great effort to set up legal institution so that our country can become a country ruled by law. Though examining patriotism education from the legal perspective, I suggest that the spirit of law is identical with patriotism. Love our country under the guidance of law and reason. This is an important part of patriotism education. Therefore universities should combine the spirit of law and patriotism, so that students could erect reasonable and persistent patriotism.
