高校学生规模大、校园环境复杂,使高校管理风险不断增大。针对高校学生于在校期间之自损行为(如自杀、自残等)引发的纠纷,从高校的社会角色出发,对高校及学生相关权利义务进行阐释,对侵权行为予以界定,明确相关责任的归属和承担。力图为弥补高校管理漏洞、衡平学校与学生之利益,保障高校正常管理、教学秩序提供有益参考。

The large scale of university students and complicated campus environment increase the risks of university management.In terms of the disputes caused by the self-injury behavior, such as the suicide, self-injury and so on, the corresponding power and right for the university and students were explained, the act of tort was cleared, and the classification and assumption of corresponding responsibilities were defined, in order to provide beneficial references to compensate the university management defects, make a balance between the benefits of university and students, to guarantee the normal management of university, teaching order.
