在城镇化推进过程中,市民化对新生代农民工伦理开发提出了新的要求。本文在伦理学视域下,以重庆市194位新生代农民工为例,采用问卷调查的研究方法,对新生代农民工的伦理开发现状进行了分析,揭示了新生代农民工伦理开发存在的现实问题。基于此,从政府、企业、社会和个人的角度提出了新生代农民工伦理开发的多中心治理策略,以期为政府和相关部门制定新生代农民工开发政策提供科学的决策依据和现实参考。

In the process of advancing urbanization, urbanization development puts forward the new requirements of new generation migrant workers ethics. Under ethics horizon, taking 194 new generations of migrant workers in Chongqing as an example, using a questionnaire research method, the ethical development status of new generation migrant workers was analyzed, and the realistic problems of the new generation peasant workers＇ ethical development were revealed. Based on this, from the government, enterprises, society and individual perspectives, the development strategies of polycentric governance for the new generation migrant workers were put forward, providing scientific decision basis and practical references for the government and related departments to develop policies for the new generation migrant workers..
