摘要
重庆是典型的城乡二元经济社会结构,城乡教育空间形态"盈亏"现象、物质形态"梯度"现象、社会形态"失衡"现象、文化形态"错位"现象明显,城乡、区域、校际之间的教育差距较大,严重影响了城乡教育一体化进程。今后一个时期,要以基本实现城乡教育一体化为总体目标,以"三化建设"为抓手,深化核心领域"四大改革",强化城乡教育的双向沟通、良性互动,建立城乡教育相互依托、互利互惠、相互促进、协调发展、共同繁荣的新型城乡教育关系,提升统筹城乡教育发展"三大水平",实现城乡义务教育均衡发展、非义务教育协调发展。
The city of Chongqing is the typical urban and rural dual economic and social structure. The space form "profit and loss"phenomenon in the urban and rural education, material form "gradient" phenomenon, social form "imbalance" phenomenon, culture "dislocation" phenomenon are obvious, and the education gap among urban and rural, regional is quite big, which seriously impact on the process of integration of urban and rural education. A period in the future, to realize the integration of urban and rural education as the overall goal, with "three building" as the starting point, deepen the core areas of "four reforms", strengthen two-way communication, positive interaction between urban and rural education, establish the new relationship between urban and rural education of mutual benefit, mutual promotion, mutual coordination development, common prosperity of, promote the "three level" development of urban and rural education, to realize the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education,and coordination development of noncompulsory education.
