摘要
流域可持续发展是以流域作为特殊区域的一种可持续发展模式 ,本文将流域可持续发展视为一个整体 ,提出了“流域可持续发展系统”的研究框架 ,讨论了流域可持续发展系统协调控制的指导原则和协调控制的主要内容 ,详细研究分析了流域可持续发展系统在技术层次上协调控制的技术路线。
m:The sustainable development of river basin is a sustainable development model that regards river as a special area. In this paper the sustainable development system of river basin is considered as an integer. It puts forward the study frame of the sustainable development, and discusses the guiding principle for the coordination control of the system and the major contents of the coordination control. It also studies the technical route of the coordination control of the system.
