摘要
《狼图腾》和《野性的呼唤》均为动物小说之经典。尽管是在不同的时代、社会文化背景下，两部小说却呈现出众多相似之处。对两部小说的动物意象进行对比，挖掘相同及相异的母题，以求对两部小说有更好的理解。
Wolf Totem and The Call of the Wild are both classics about animals in literary treasure house. In spite of different historical times, social and cultural backgrounds, the two novels have many features in common. This paper attempts at a comparison of animal images within the two novels, aiming to find out the similar and different motifs for people can have a better understanding of the two novels.
