摘要
从传统的藏书楼到现代图书馆的建设，其间还有一段漫长和丰富的近代图书馆发展时期。通过对几部中国近代重要的图书馆法规文本进行史料性的梳理、分析和论证，我们可以发现其中体现出了明显的公共图书馆精神。对此问题的研究，能为我国当前《图书馆法》的制定提供更为广泛的理论基础。
From those traditional libraries to the buih-up of modern libraries, existed a rather long and interesting development of modern libraries.
