网络谣言信息情绪化传播行为的意愿研究——基于社会热点事件视角

Intention of Internet Rumor Information Emotional Spreading Behavior:A Study Based on Hot-events

针对社会热点事件网络谣言信息传播行为,从犯罪心理学角度出发,运用犯罪学领域中和技术和威慑理论,分析网络环境下,人们对网络谣言信息情绪化传播时对中和技术的运用,以及正式惩罚和非正式惩罚在规范网络谣言信息情绪化传播行为中的作用。在此基础上,提出研究假设,运用结构方程模型(SEM)方法构建理论模型,实证分析人们信息网络情绪化传播行为的动机。结果表明:中和技术理论与社会热点事件网络谣言信息情绪化传播意愿正相关,会增强人们对社会热点事件网络谣言信息情绪化传播的意愿,正式惩罚、非正式惩罚和羞愧惩罚有显著负相关,会在一定程度上约束人们社会热点事件网络谣言信息情绪化传播行为的意愿。

In view of the intention of network emotional spreading behavior on hot-events internet rumor information in the network envi-ronment, based on theories of neutralization and deterrence, the paper introduces a theoretical model and several hypotheses, builds a SEM Model and collects data for empirical research from a new perspective. The results show that neutralization technology positively affects in-tention of people＇s network emotional spreading behavior on hot-events internet rumor information; at the same time, formal sanctions, informal sanctions and shame sanctions negatively affect people＇s intention in question.
