摘要
阐述了基于德温特专利数据实现技术演进路径的识别原理、分析思路和实现方法。根据德温特专利数据的结构特点,采用C#编程对专利数据进行处理;采用Ucinet软件实现专利引文网络的构建;利用pajek软件的spnp算法提取技术演进路径。还以太阳能电池技术为例,提出了技术发展阶段和专利引文网络构建技术演进路径的新思路,通过识别并绘制其技术演进路径,更准确地挖掘该技术未来发展趋势,既丰富了预测技术未来发展趋势的方法体系,也可为企业制定技术发展战略提供参考。
The paper expounds the principles, thinking and methods of identifying the technological evolution path based on DII patent ci-tation network. According to the structure characteristics of the Derwent patent data, the article applies the C# programming to patent data processing, uses Ucinet software to build patent citation network, and then uses the SPNP algorithm of the pajek software to build technol-ogy evolution path. Meanwhile, using the case of solar cell, a new method is given to build technology evolution path of technological de-velopment stage and the patent citation network. By Identifying and mapping the technological evolution path, it can be more accurate to excavate the future trends of the solar cell technology. The research not only enriches the methodology of predicting technology trends, but also can provide reference for enterprises to develop their technology strategy.
