应用组织芯片技术检测果糖二磷酸醛缩酶在肝癌与胰腺癌组织中的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究果糖二磷酸醛缩酶ALDOA在肝癌、胰腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用组织芯片和免疫组织化学方法检测ALDOA在肝癌、胰腺癌及其相应的正常组织中的表达。结果 ALDOA在肝癌组织中的阳性表达率为80%(24/30),在正常肝组织中的阳性表达率为33.3%(2/6),二者之间表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ALDOA在胰腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为66.7%(20/30),在正常胰腺组织中的阳性表达率为0%(0/6),二者之间表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ALDOA在肝癌、胰腺癌组织中的表达与性别、年龄、分化程度无关(P>0.05);胰腺癌组织中的ALDOA高表达与淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 ALDOA在肝癌、胰腺癌组织中表达上调。 Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of ALDOA in liver cancer tissues and pancreatic cancer tissues.Methods The expression of ALDOA in liver cancer,pancreatic cancer and their corresponding normal tissues was detected in a tissue chip using immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rate of ALDOA in liver cancer tissues was 80%(24/30),but 33.3% in normal liver tissues(2/6),with a significant difference(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of ALDOA in pancreatic cancer was 66.7%(20/30).In the normal control,the positive expression rate was 0.The expression among them showed significant differences(P<0.01).But both higher expressions of ALDOA in liver cancer and in pancreatic cancer were not related to gender,age,differentiation degree(P>0.05).The higher expression of ALDOA in pancreatic cancer was not related to lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of ALDOA is up-regulated in liver cancer tissues and pancreatic cancer tissues.
