我国农业信息化发展阶段研究

Research on development stage agricultural informatization in China

当前我国农业信息化正处于快速发展的关键期,准确界定我国农业信息化所处的发展阶段对于科学制定农业信息化发展战略至关重要。首先对国内外信息化发展理论进行了整理分析,进而提出了我国农业信息化发展基本理论。在此基础上先后对我国农业信息化发展历程和阶段特征进行了研究,并对当期我国农业信息化发展阶段进行了界定,最后提出了突出政府主导作用、注重区域协调和布局、促进产学研结合等加快发展农业信息化的政策建议。

Currently, it＇s critical period of rapid development for Chinese agricultural informatization, defining the development stage of agricultural informatization accurately will be crucial to make a scientific development strategy of agricultural informatization. The article analyzed the development theory of itfformatization at home and abroad, and then proposed the basic development theory of Chinese agricuhsural informatization. On this base, the article studied the development history and stage characteristics of Chinese agricultural informatization and defined its current development stage. At last, it suggested to develop agricultural informatization by highlighting the government leading role, paying attention to regional coordination and layout, and promoting the integration of production, teaching and research.
