摘要
作为批判的差等正义是分析当代中国社会不平等问题的重要理论框架,该理论的核心思想是人是有等级的,人的等级是与生俱来的,人们必须按其与生俱来的等级各行其是、各司其责才合乎正义。从公共管理视域来解读,作为批判的差等正义是指建立在人的身份和等级基础上的,基于双重或多重标准而设立的有悖公共管理公共性、公平性、公正性的行为规范。这些行为规范主要包括政治失语、经济歧视和社会排斥三个维度,这些维度是分析户籍制度、高考制度、选举制度、所有制制度等公共管理制度引发的社会不平等的重要理论框架。
The subalternate j ustice to be criticized is an important theoretical framework for the analysis of contemporary China's social inequality.The core idea of the theory is that people are stratified when they are born and that it is rightful for people to act and fulfill their responsibilities according to their inborn classes or stratifications. Interpreted from the perspective of public management, the subalternate j ustice to be criticized refers to the codes of conduct based on the people's social status and classes and established by double or multiple standards to run counter to the principle of publicity, fairness and j ustice of public management.These codes of conduct mainly include three dimensions of political aphasia,economic discrimination and social exclusion.The dimensions are important theoretical frameworks for the analysis of social inequalities caused by public management systems such as the household registration system,the college entrance examination system,the electoral system and the ownership system,etc.
