合并高校图书馆编目工作的困惑与对策——以南京邮电大学图书馆为例

Confused and Countermeasure of the Cataloguing Department Work of the Merged Universities Library——Taking the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications

编目工作是图书馆的基础工作,它既是读者检索的重要入口,也是图书排架管理的先决条件,同时还是数据交换规范化的基础,对馆藏利用与建设有着重要的指导意义。文章以南京邮电大学并校后的图书馆为例,提出了合并后文献资源整合中遇到的问题,分析了其产生的原因并提出了一些切实可行的对策。

The cataloguing work is the basic work of the library. It is an important entrance for reader retrieval as well as pre- requisites of arrangement of books management. At the same time, the cataloging work is data exchange standard. It is of important guidance for utilization and construction of the collection. Taking the merged library in Nanjing Uni- versity of Posts and Telecommunications as an example, this article lists a series problems meeting after the merging of the resources integration, analyses the reasons and puts tbrward some feasible countermeasures.
